Financial Aid For Construction of House (Silver Jubilee Housing Project – Home For Homeless Phase -02)

For the second consecutive year, the Company has financially funded for the construction of 26 houses for financially weaker employees. Managing Director of NBTC group Mr. K G Abraham inaugurated the Second Phase of  ‘Home For Homeless' project by handing over the First Installment to 26 employees at Corporate Office in Mina Abdulla.

Scholarships

Scholarship Program for the Children of NBTC Employees

The scholarship program was created to assist employees’ children, who are admitted to professional courses on merit basis. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice. To qualify, both employee and child must satisfy certain criteria and complete an application process.

Annual Sports Meet

The Annual Sports Meet for employees is being organized every year in a befitting manner in the month of November at NBTC Sports Ground. The events conducted for Men and Women are Football, Cricket, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carroms & Athletics. 

Winter Carnival

Winter Carnival is an Annual Celebration that takes place every winter in the Month of February. The Annual  event welcomes over 15,000 attendees yearly. The carnival will continue with outdoor activities for the employees and our community and Spirits of Carnival includes Singing, Dancing, Games, Mouth watering dishes from a variety of regional and traditional cuisines & Night Extravaganza.

Festive Nite

NBTC Festive Nite” (Annual Employees Get-together) is an Annual gathering of Employees from all regions and sectors of the group.

As part of NBTC’s Silver Jubilee Celebration, the Company has financially funded for the Construction of 31 houses for financially weaker employees. During a press conference held in the year 2015, Managing Director Mr. K G Abraham inaugurated the First Phase of ‘Home for Homeless' project by handing over the First Installment to 31 employees at Corporate office in Mina Abdulla.
