The New Year Gathering commenced at 10:00 AM with a prayer led by Rev. Michael Mbono, Chaplain of St. Paul's Church. This was followed by a New Year message from Rev. Bijo Abraham, Vicar of the Abu Dhabi Mar Thoma Church.

Managing Director Mr. K.G. Abraham addressed the gathering from the Abu Dhabi Regional Office, providing an inspirational Presidential Address. He urged the NBTC community to pursue more challenging targets with determination and to embrace failures as learning opportunities for the company's growth and development.

Vice Chairman, Mr. Ebraheem M. Baddah addressed the gathering and conveyed his New Year greetings.

The New Year Gathering were held simultaneously across all Offices including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India chimed in with wonderful wishes through Microsoft Teams platform, bringing employees together to connect and have a great time at the Joyful Celebration

Mr. K. S. Vijayachandran, Corporate Advisor - Business Development & Project Controls, conveyed his New Year wishes and delivered the main talk. He emphasized the importance of pursuing insatiable challenges and practicing what was learned in previous years, reminding everyone that peace and happiness must be found within ourselves.

Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Shibey Abraham and Mr. Benson Varghese each delivered New Year messages, focusing on the importance of planning and execution. They highlighted the need for adaptability and openness to new ideas.

In his New Year message, Mr. Ben Paul, JCDO, stressed the significance of reflection and progress.

Mr. Manoj N., General Manager - Admin & HR (Corporate), conveyed his New Year wishes and announced that in 2025, he and his team would focus on training and development for employees, recognizing them as the company's greatest assets. He added that training academies would be established in each region.

Mr. K. C. Eapen, Director - KGA Group (India), encouraged employees to seize opportunities for the betterment of the company. Mr. Musheer Ahmed, COO - KSA Operations, and Mr. Nishchal Agrawal, General Manager - AUH Operations, along with other divisional General Managers, conveyed their New Year greetings, reinforcing the organization's commitment to excellence and growth in 2025.

The occasion was further blessed by the presence of Rev. K.C. Chacko, Vicar of Ahmadi Immanuel Mar Thoma Parish, Kuwait.
