His Excellency Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Ahmad, Governor of Al-Ahmadi, visited the NBTC Corporate Office on Thursday, January 16, 2025, to recognize the successful renovation of the Nuwaiseeb Border, a project completed as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The event began at 11:00 AM with a welcome and introductory speech by Ms. Latifa Naser Mohammad Al Baddah, Manager of Public Relations. This was followed by brief addresses from our Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Naser Al Baddah, and Managing Director, Mr. K.G. Abraham. His Excellency Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Ahmad then addressed the gathering, expressing his admiration for NBTC's ability to complete the project swiftly and with high quality.

Prominent community volunteer Mr. Yousef Al Omran Bu Jarrah also spoke at the event, along with Brigadier Yousef Yaqoub Al-Muhaini, Director of Nuwaiseeb Border, and Colonel Abdul Lathif Yousef Al-Kharraz, Assistant Manager of Nuwaiseeb Border. A short video presentation showcased the Nuwaiseeb Border project from inception to completion. Certificates of appreciation were presented by His Excellency Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Ahmad, alongside our Chairman and Managing Director, to NBTC employees who contributed to the renovation.

Earlier, during a meeting on January 14, 2025, with the General Council of the Governorate, His Excellency commended the NBTC Group for our exemplary efforts in the successful renovation of the Nuwaiseeb Border. He expressed deep appreciation for our dedication, loyalty, and active role in supporting Kuwait's development initiatives. His Excellency personally acknowledged the significant contributions of our Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Naser Al-Badah, Managing Director, Mr. K.G. Abraham, and Vice Chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Naser Al-Badah. He emphasized the importance of strong partnerships between the public and private sectors to drive national progress and highlighted NBTC Group's steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility.

The NBTC Group has successfully completed the renovation of the Nuwaiseeb Border, demonstrating our initiative and dedication to the nation. In recognition of our outstanding contributions, we were honored with a memento by His Excellency on January 14, 2025, at the Al Ahmadi Governorate office.

The renovation of the Nuwaiseeb Border Control Infrastructure was completed in just 14 days, exemplifying our core value of 'One Team, One Family.'
