READY-MIX SUPPLY

The Engineering & Construction division has cemented its repute, backed by the assurance of our ready-mix concrete batching plants. Our fully computerized Liebher Batching Plants, located in Mina Abdullah, Kabd and Arifjan, now has a combined production capacity of 460 m3/hr. Well equipped with a state-of-the-art laboratory, chiller plant, transit mixers and pouring pumps, NBTC is moving ahead with the right mix of operational excellence.

The Concrete Ready-mix Batching Plant established in 2005 was a major milestone and diversification of NBTC. Now within a span of nearly ten years, the NBTC Batching Plant has been approved with all major clients in Kuwait, like KOC, KNPC, PIC, Equate, Joint operations, etc., and are enjoying a remarkable market share. This lead to the transformation of a division to a separate entity within the Group “Al Baddah Ready-mix Plant”.

NBTC has also proven quality, capability and dependability to provide concrete for a number of major concrete pours of above 1,000 m3 continuously without any break. The recently established recycling plant was another milestone and made the facility environment friendly. With the state of the art laboratory, chiller plant, and a fleet of pumps and transit mixers, facilitates timely production, supply and quality.

In addition to a separate in-house chiller plant, an ice plant facility is an added advantage as they are available around the clock to be used in the concrete. Now with all statutory approvals, certified systems (NRMCA & ISO), technical know-how, and infrastructure, has developed a major benchmark that we thrive to live up to !!
